Founded in 1974, our machine shop specializes in high precision manufacturing serving a wide range of companies. With over 50 years of experience in the machining industry, we have acquired great knowledge and invaluable skills to offer your company.

Our History
1974
Incorporated as Precimax Ltd.
2002
Moved into a brand-new building with 10,000 sq.ft. & specially built for us from the ground up.
2014
Expanded the welding department.
2020
Purchased our 5th CNC machine.
1976
Moved to 2140 Maislin, Lasalle. (1,860 sq.ft)
1973
Started business on 2795 Bates Road, 2nd floor, with no more than 700 sq.ft., registered under Preci-Max.
1987
Doubled our floor space to 3,720 sq.ft.
1992
Purchased our 1st CNC milling machine and 1st CNC lathe machine.
2011
Three generations officially began working together
2024
Expansion project to be implemented this year.
2018
Participated in our 1st tradeshow.
